COOL DOWN - 2006

"Cool Down - 2006" is a cooling assistance project provided in partnership by South Central Missouri Community Action Agency and the Mississippi River Radio network.  The project is designed to assist low-income families in south central Missouri who do not have the necessary resources to purchase fans or an air conditioner.  The project focuses specifically on residents who are elderly, home bound and/or disabled.

HOW CAN I HELP?

DONATE, DONATE, DONATE!!  South Central Missouri Community Action Agency and Mississippi River Radio Network will be hosting a "Cool-Down 2006" A/C and Fan drive:

WHEN:   Friday June 30, 2006   from  7:00AM to 6:00pm

WHERE:   The Wal-Mart parking lot in Poplar Bluff.

Donation Rules:  A/Cs and Fans must be new (used items will not be accepted) 

                            A/C unit must be 110v
